SiteManager Version 2.0 has several features that make updating your website quick and easy. Whether you run a small marketing website or an e-commerce website with thousands of products, SiteManager has the tools to help.

Manage your content

SiteManager provides a hierarchical view of your website content, allowing you to view how your information is organized. Adding pages and sections to your website is a one-step process. Editing existing pages is just as easy. Using a web-based HTML editor, pages can be designed to reflect any corporate identity. Don’t know HTML? No problem! The editor uses buttons and functions resembling those used in industry-leading word processing applications. If you can send an email, you can manage your website.

A content expiration feature lets you specify when a page will be removed from your website. This means that outdated content will no longer haunt your online presence.

Manage your images

SiteManager’s state of the art image uploading and thumbnailing feature organizes website images and resizes them for online use. High-quality photos can be uploaded from your digital camera and placed in your website without the need for expensive image editing software.

Manage your files

SiteManager's file uploading and linking features allow you to display any number of related files on any page of your website! SiteManager will automatically display a file icon based on the type of file you're offering and provide a link for your users to view or download it.

Track your visitors

SiteManager's statistical reporting features allow you to view several reports such as:

  • Recent Activity - Lists pages accessed in the last 24 hours and provides all-time statistics
  • Referrers - Lists websites that send visitors to your pages (also displayed in chart format)
  • Search Terms - Lists the search terms that visitors entered to find your website
  • Browsers - Lists the web browsers that visitors were using when they visited your website (also displayed in chart format)
  • Top Pages - Lists the most visited pages of your website (also displayed in chart format)
  • Countries - Lists the countries where your visitors reside (also displayed in chart format)

Access your email

Using SiteManager's Webmail functionality, you can access email accounts linked to your website from any computer in the world! Read, forward, reply to and send messages with attachments using the SiteManager interface!

Check your links

SiteManager's link-checking feature allows you to test your internal and external links in one click. Removing inactive links is one of the sure ways to keep your visitors coming back.
